Shipping & Returns
In most cases all "off the shelf orders" such as our essential range will be dispatched within 48hrs of receiving the order. In the event of any delay a member of our team will be in touch to advise.
Due to the nature of the industry being very seasonal bed lead times can vary. Our standard turn around time is 10 working days at the most. However, we can often be much quicker than this if required. Again though if our standard time is not possible for any reason a member of the team will be in touch.
If your order is required for a certain date or trip it is advised that you always give us a call to ensure this is achievable and or to discuss other options.
Returns & Exchange Policy
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to return it, we offer a full refund service providing the item is unused and in its original packaging (this does not include our beds). All refunds are processed within 2-3 days of the items return.
The return postage cost is at the expense of the customer and cannot be refunded.
As our beds are made up to order and classed as a bespoke item we do not accept returns.
In the event of a fault or damage in transit to the bed please contact us to discuss the best course of action.
